5. Donations

5.1 Voluntary Contributions

All donations made to OSLOPURE FOUNDATION are entirely voluntary. By making a donation, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and that you are authorised to make the payment.

5.2 Use of Funds

Donated funds are used in accordance with the Foundation's stated objectives and programmes. While we may accept restricted donations earmarked for specific programmes, the Foundation retains the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need if a particular programme is discontinued or fully funded.

5.3 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge or duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days at contact@oslopurefoundation.org and we will investigate and process a refund as appropriate.

5.4 Tax Exemption

We are in the process of obtaining 80G certification under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Until such certification is obtained and displayed on our website, donors should not assume tax deductibility. Please verify current certification status before making a donation for tax purposes.

6. Volunteer Engagement

Individuals who register as volunteers with OSLOPURE FOUNDATION agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner
• Maintain confidentiality regarding beneficiary information they may encounter during their work
• Comply with the Foundation's volunteer code of conduct and programme-specific guidelines

The Foundation reserves the right to decline or discontinue any volunteer engagement at its sole discretion, particularly if conduct is deemed harmful to beneficiaries, staff, or the Foundation's reputation.

Volunteering is unpaid unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written arrangement. The Foundation does not guarantee reimbursement of personal expenses unless pre-approved in writing.

7. CSR and Corporate Partnerships

Organisations engaging with OSLOPURE FOUNDATION for CSR activities or corporate partnerships must:

• Ensure their CSR contributions comply with the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 135) and applicable Rules
• Not use association with the Foundation for misleading marketing or greenwashing claims
• Provide accurate information regarding their organisation, funds, and intended use

Specific terms for formal CSR engagements will be governed by separate Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) or partnership agreements. These Terms do not supersede or replace any such specific agreements.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (via forms, email, or any other channel), you grant OSLOPURE FOUNDATION a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and share that content for charitable awareness and communication purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
